Turkeys are cut in half, so you are purchasing one Turkey breast, one wing, and one leg/thigh
Contrary to how commercial turkeys are raised, our birds enjoy fresh grass and sunshine daily throughout their lifetime. A happy and healthy bird is a tasty bird!
Our turkeys come whole, or halved for smaller gatherings.
Pastured Turkey is a very special bird best suited for being the centrepiece for very special meals, such as at Thanksgiving or Christmas. 
 
$30 deposit goes towards your HALF large turkey. Turkey will be available FRESH, not frozen.
 Turkeys are booked for butcher on December 2nd so pickup will be in the evening of December 2nd or on December 3rd. Final balance ($30) is due at the time of pickup.
